    What did I say above? For a long time, saturated fats were thought to be something to avoid. Recent research has found that's not true in all cases. There is a better answer.     Yes, it is C trans fat. For decades, we thought saturated fats were bad. Now we know they are not (all things in moderation). The human body needs natural fats. The  are now known to be much worse for us. But some still cling to the old ideas, either because they don't know better or find it hard to change cherished old beliefs.
