or maybe its B, because this is what my paper says Choosing foods that provide you with the most nutrients for your calories is a great tip for planning a meal. You should be selecting food that is nutrient-dense, which means it contains a lot of vitamins and minerals relative to the number of calories.
Would I be right about it being B or A?
