What were some inventions that were inspired by the telephone? I've already got computer, please don't say another phone like the cell phone and smart phone. Thanks!

Probably gaming systems wii, ps3, ps4, xbox etc.

Cool! I would also say things like appliances toaster, oven, fridge, ipads, microwaves things of that sort.

It innovated other communications too like the E-Mail, the telegram, Fax Machine, Telemarketers, answering machines as well. That's all I can truly think of.

Actually, if you look into it, the telegraph predated the telephone by a few decades. Toasters and other electric appliances had NOTHING to do with the telephone. Other ideas, like faxes, answering machines, etc., do.
