The only reference I found for Saint Michael was the Archangel. According to this source, he spent his time in heaven, not on earth.

Yes, it is Saint Michael the archangel and are you sure he never spent time on earth?
Read the Catholic Encyclopedia article. I don't see where he's supposed to have spent time on earth.
