I hardly now how to help without giving you the answer.
Remember the definitions.
Loss of electrons is oxidn.
Gain of electrons is redn.
So for #1, does Mn go from +4 to +2? and Is that an oxidn or a redn. Do the other possibilities the same way.
answer is 1
