It could be many things. I would read the program description, and a synopsis of the courses descriptions. Those will be available from the school.

I went to Google and typed in "computer services technologies" and obtain several hits but the only one that appeared to be a program is the one below. I don't know if this is similar to the program you have in mind or not. You might try searching under several similar terms under Google.com
