I am not going to answer this. It has been all over the news for the last couple of years.
Please help I could not find the answer in my notes.
Can someone give me a hint to which is not the answer?
I just going to Inference that the answer might be b or d because in my notes it did not say anything about Russia being a feared enemy by Ukraine.
