What is the sum of the geometric series

10
E 6(2)^n
n=1

I'm a little lost as to what I should do here. Could someone please clarify how this one is done?

You have a sequence with
a = 6*2^1 = 12
r=2
So, you have

S10 = 12 * (2^10-1)/(2-1) = 12276
