The combination of Nitrogen + 3Oxys => NO3^- (Nitrate Ion. If you've got something else, I'd be interested in what it is...
NO3^- is a trigonal planar molecular geometry with Nitrogen having a formal charge = +2 and each of the 3 oxys -1 => Sum of formal charges = -1 'net polyionic charge'. Any other combination violates the octet rule.
