I can't think of any geography connection with "person suitability."

Is it possibly the suitability of a specific environment to human habitation?

it was to do with immigration to Canada. so like...uh. i duno. my teacher makes no sense. This the question :

Perhaps person suitability means whether the immigrant is likely to be integrated into Canadian society.
