How can the sentence be correct with the red car wearing boots? Wouldn't it be better if the "with the red boots on" were attached to the pretty girl?

the answer would be #2 Because the sentence, how it is written now, means that the car has red boots. Unless that is what is meant the mistake would be a misplaced part. The correct sentence would be: Do you see the pretty girl, with the red boots, standing next to the car?
