What do you learn from these stage directions?

A. Julia is suddenly very happy.
B. Julia knows something mistress don't know.
C. Julia has made an important decision.
D. Julia is thinking about someone she loves.
Could the answer be B?

I have no idea who Julia is or what play you are reading. Look at the lines that precede to see what is being discussed.
Yes. The answer is most likely B here. A is too obvious and would show greater smile, not a faint one. C might be a correct answer, but I doubt it as it might not be a GOOD important decision. D is most likely unlikely as the facial expressions would be of infatuation.
Also I base this off of what has been shown here. I suggest you do what Reed says and look at the previous lines as well for insight.
The play is The Governess
Sorry, Clair, I don't know that play at all. Again, look at what is happening in the play. Does Julia know something Mistress doesn't know?
