What do we call the numbers that cannot be arranged into 2-row arrays?
I don't know exactly what you mean. Perhaps single-digit numbers, such as 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 -- ??

Does anyone know the answer to my question?
we call them odd numbers as in 1, 3, 5 etc, we can use even numbers to make 2 row arrays, hope this helps and got to you in time,
