What are ways you can make your presentation audience centered?

Talk about what interests them. Use anecdotes they can relate to. Look at individuals.
If possible, you can get them to participate more. Lead them to the point you are trying to make, but let them make the point.

Without knowing your topic, it is hard to give an example. However, since I talk about nonverbal communication, I'll give you an example from that.

If you said "Hello" to someone and they did not acknowledge you in any way, how would you feel? What interpretation of their behavior leads you to this feeling? Could there be other reasons for the person not responding? What might they be? Let audience members answer these questions.
