What are the values (negative) being taught in this advertisement? The advertisement is trying to sell a military style watch. In the advertisement there are two armed soldiers in the background and appear to be situated in a war zone area.
I am able to work out that there are connections between the location of where the men are, and some sort of correlation between the soldiers and the watch.

The very word "values" asks for a variety of responses, since "values" vary. You're right that the correlation between the soldiers and the watch is clear if it's a "military style watch." If you idolize soldiers in war zones, you may want to buy the watch! On the other hand, if your values deplore war, maybe not. And to call either set of "values" negative is a value judgment in and of itself. To deplore war is not necessarily to preclude admiration for people who serve in the military. "Values" do vary!
The ad is trying to appeal to those who admire "heroism" in battle by associating the product with such "heroism."
