What are external and internal factors/ forces that have influenced the Royal Dutch shell company shift to a more environmentally and socially responsible business practices?
For external I have the environment impacts, politics and competitors but I dont know which ones. Can anyone help me find which competitors and also can someone help me find internal forces with actual facts? -thanks
