now factor
(x + b / 2a )^2 = - 4ac / 4 a^2 + b^2 / 4a^2
x + b/2a = +/- sqrt [ (b^2-4ac) / 4a^2 ]
x = -b/2a +/- sqrt(b^2-4ac) /2a
