I was trying to figure it out but I only got as far as: (4w)^2-(49) and I don't know if that's right.

You did not recognize that 49 is a perfect square, so by the difference of
squares pattern,
16w^2-49
= (4w - 7)(4w + 7)
Thank you that helps a lot! what about 16w^2-49b^10?
49 is still a perfect square but I'm not sure how to write it out because of the b^10.
49b^10 = (7b^5)^2
