18. y = (-1)x + 3. First, you see how the y changes, it is being subtracted by 1 every time. Since the y is being subtracted by 1 every time, you go to the first x and multiply -1 by 2, which is -2. Now you need to add the +3 to make it match the first y value.
19. Hint: A = Winter, B = spring, C = Summer, and D = winter (I think this is right I'm not sure)
20. The proportional relationship formula is y = mx, so by dividing the values of y by the values of x, you won't get a constant value. So this is a non-proportional relationship.
