well, i don't know what angles you've got in your figure, but to find FB use:
FBsin(thetaB)=FAsin(thetaA)
and solve for FB:
FB=FAsin(thetaA) / sin(thetaB)
and for the magnitude of FA + FB:
FAcos(thetaA) + FBcos(thetaB)
