I also want to continue working on my sleep habits, as I still struggle with getting enough quality rest on a regular basis. These areas still need work because they are crucial components of overall health, and I recognize the importance of addressing them to enhance my well-being.

In the ‘Final Input’ column of your Health Inventory Document, complete your current ratings for all aspects of your health. Remember, for the physical health assessment you will need to complete a physical activity of your choice that lasts for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Reflect on Your Responses
Answer the following questions using complete sentences:
What gains have you made throughout this course? Why do you think these gains occurred?
What do you still plan to work on in the future? Why do these areas still need work?
Step 3: Submit Your Work
After you’ve completed this activity, submit a copy of your completed Health Inventory and your Reflection to the dropbox.
