This sentence is a fragment, how can I fix it??

Thanks!

In order to stick to my topic, I discussed several ways that students can express their individuality other than their clothing, such as their hair, or their personality.

It's not a fragment. "I" is the subject, and "discussed" is the verb.

I'd make two sentences, ending the first after "clothing." Then write a separate sentence incorporating your last phrase.
