How important is Enkidu's role in the battle with Humbaba?

Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. Go back to your sites then and concentrate on Tablet 5. In Tablet 4 not all the dreams appear as they are missing. Enkidu and Gilgamesh encourage each other. Enkidu shouts at Gilgamesh and convinces Gilgamesh to kill Humbaba. Although Enkidu is the weaker of the two, it takes both of them together to defeat Humbaba.
