now 3-2x = 3 OR -3+2x = 3
-2x = 0 or 2x = 6
x = 0 or x = 3

sub back in to see if they work, they both do.

-(1/3)*|3-2x| = -1

Multiply both sides by -3
|3-2x| = 3
