the word order for past tense is

je ne me le lui y en ai pas donné

but when you're using reflexive verbs for past tense its "je me suis"

does the suis incorporate into the word order?

If I understand your question, with the past tense, whether you are using avoir or être with the past participle, the word order before the verb is still:
je > me > le (l') > lui > y > en > verb
te te la (l) leur
il se les
elle nous
on vous
nous
vous

Your example:
je ne me le lui y en ai pas donné
would never happen!

These are the frequent combinations:
me le, me la, me les
te le, te la, te les
nous le, nous la, nous les
vous le, vous la, vous les
BUT
le lui, la, lui, les lui
le leur, la leur, les leur
Examples: Ils me la vendent.
Je vais le lui montrer.
Leur en avez-vous prêté?
Nous les y avons rencontrés.
Il y en a plusieurs.

In the affirmative imperative, the object pronouns follow the verb and are connected to it, and to each other, by hyphens. The direct object precedes the indirect.
verb -moi
-toi
-le -lui
-la -nous -y -en
-les -vous
-leur

Examples: Envoyons-le-moi.
Montrons-les-lui.
Attendez-nous-y.

Combinations moi + en and toi + en become m'en and t'en.
Prêtez-m'en.
Va-t'en.

what i meant was
what if the sentence has an avoir past tense and a reflexive past tense?
then would the sentence end up with suis and ai?
and what is the order of the suis and ai? regarding je
If the auxiliary (helping) verb is avoir that's one thing, but if it's a Reflexive Verb, they ALL take être as the helping verb.

passé composé with avoir: J'ai eu beaucoup de devoirs. / Il a cru qu'elle était malade. / Nous avons beaucoup ri.

passé composé of a Reflexive Verb:
Je me suis amusée (f.) / vous vous êtes lavés (if vous is plural) / ils ne se sont écrits

Sra (aka Mme)
oops = too tired! I wanted to give you a negative one = ils ne se sont pas écrits. (I forgot the PAS!) Je m'excuse!

thanks so much

but is there a possible situation where both passe compose with avoir and passe compose of a reflexive verb in the same sentence?
what are past reflexives

tu te -You (singular)
