I think you omitted balancing the equation.
N2 + 3H2 ==> 2NH3.
If the rate of formation for NH3 is 0.15 mol/Lmin, then the rate of reaction is 1/2(change in concn NH3) = 1/2(0.15) = 0.075 Mmin^-1.
You just divide the rate of formation by the coefficient.
