The text that I'm reading is about Dale Chihuly, the famous large-scale glass artist. In the introduction, the writer first describes in detail one of Chihuly's pieces. She tells about the colors and shapes and the mood the work invokes. This captures the reader's interest. Then, she reveals that it is a piece of glass art by Chihuly and states the importance of his work.
