You can do this one of two way.
#1.
(g sucrose/g solution)*100 = 36.0% and solve for g sucrose.
#2. 36.0% means 36 g sucrose/100 g solution.
So how much will it take for 655 mL instead of 100. That will be
36.0g sucrose x (655/100) = ? g sucrose
