I think that the answer is that it covers the harbor but i'm not 100% sure.

@Jesus love YOU. I am afraid to tell you this, but that was impolite of you to say that to a tutor. Yes, the answer was incorrect and that is what Ms. Sue is trying to tell @Help I need somebody... If I was told to do what Ms. Sue told me, I would do it. And it would've been great advice for me. There are some out there who are annoyed of someone, here is my advice: suck it up, don't show. And if it bothers you a lot, let them know in a nicer way.
Because I'm pretty sure that is not how things work here.
