(0, 18) and (30,0)
graph second constraint line (really 2 x+ y < 24)
(0, 24) and (12,0)
look at all interesting corners
(0,18) and (30/7, 15.43) and (12,0)
compute 10 x + 20 y at each of those corners
pick the big one (it is the middle one I bet :)
