1st - Distribute the six to each of the fractions. Just multiple across so 6*1 = 6 and 6/2 = 3. Do it to the other 2.
6/1 * 1/2 = 3
6/1 * 2/3 = 4
6/1 * 3/4 = 18/4
2nd - Add the whole numbers so it would be 7+18/4
3rd - Combine them. 7 can be written as 28/4 so 28/4+18/4 = 46/4
46/4 can be reduced to 23/2 or 11.5
