(5x-5)/(10x^2-25x+15)
= (x-1)(2x^2-5x+3)
= (x-1) / (x-1)(2x-3)
= 1/(2x-3)
x=1 and x = 3/2 are excluded because you cannot divide by zero.
(w^2+6w+9)/(2w^2-18)
= (w+3)(w+3) / 2(w+3)(w-3)
= (w+3) / 2(w-3)
