Ok sorry didn't see all three. the first one is 45 years. my guess would be: he is 50 and she is 5.
I made an error. The first part is ok with the 1/4 x 60 etc and the 60-15 = ?? But the last part has the error. Obviously 1/10 of 60 is NOT 10 so ignore from there on in my response. Sorry about the mixup.
