If the MAIN verb (in the Independent Clause) can be classified as:
1. imposition of will (I want, hope, suggest, etc.)_
2. emotion (glad, sad, angry, etc.)
3. doubt (including no creo, ¿crees?)
the dependent verb must be in the SUBJUNCTIVE and introduced by clause relater "que."
Quiero/OR No quiero que tengas frío.
