I worked this out and I came up with 1/10 x 3/11 = 4/110 = 1/25 but this isn't an answer.

It would help if you proofread your questions before you posted them. Where did you get 3/11? From your data, I would get 1/5(letters) * 1/2(coin) = 1/10
