Assume you are doing centripetal force:
F = m Ac = m R omega^2
2.5*10^-12 Newtons = 1.6*10^-27 Kg * 0.10 meters * omega^2 radians^2/Second^2
so
omega^2 = (2.5/0.16) 10^15
I guess maybe that is a proton?
