Quick question: what time zone are the times by the names in? and how many hours do you subtract or add to get the time for pacific coast?

From the east coast of the USA (except for the eastern Gulf part of the Florida panhandle), you subtract three hours to get the west coast time.

I meant to say that the western (not the eastern) part of the Florida panhandle, around Pensacola, is not in the Eastern time zone.
