Question #1: From details about blossoms in both the first and third haiku, what conclusion can you draw?
a. The poet feels exceedingly lonely
b. The poet lives in an urban setting
c. The poet enjoys the gentle beauty of nature
d. The poet enjoys the drama of nature as its most intense
The question is not talking about any poem. The question says that a poem has details about blossoms is the first and third haiku, so I think the answer is "c" because it sounds reasonable but also because maybe the poet likes nature.
Question #2: Which of your senses can best help you picture this excerpt from "The Rider"?
while you float free into a cloud of sudden azaleas / luminous pink petals that have / never felt loneliness...
a. sight
b. taste
c. hearing
d. smell
I think the answer is not "b" or "d", because the author is not referring to them at the poem. In the poem I can see that it may refer to sight, so I think the answer is "a".
I don't know if I'm right.

"On sweet plum blossoms
The sun rises suddenly
Look, a mountain path!
Has spring come indeed?
On that nameless mountain lie
Thin layers of mist
Temple bells die out.
The fragrant blossoms remain
A perfect evening!"
