well i know that he did not started the new deal um what else well now i know that he did not close the banks .... so i think is underestimated the deppression but didn't the great dression started because of the war for supplies.....??? don't know but i think is a or b can you tell me the answer plz

Actually, I don't think he underestimated the depth of the Depression, but his actions proved inadequate, in most people's opinion. B is the best answer of those four possibilities, though.
