2. Convert 270 g H2O to mols.

3. Using the coefficients in the balanced equation, convert mols H2O to mols of what you want (in this case oxygen). You can see from the equation that 2 mopls H2O needs 1 mol O2.
4. If you want to convert to grams O2, then grams O2 = mols O2 x molar mass O2.
