Providing free transportation to all retired senior citizens would make a good law because it helps them get around easily. They may not have cars or the money to pay for transportation, so this law would make sure they can go wherever they need to. It would also make them feel cared for and valued in their community. During my discussion with a trusted adult, we talked about how this idea would help seniors maintain their independence and stay connected with their friends and family. To become a law, the idea would have to be presented to lawmakers at the federal or state level, who would then discuss and vote on it. At the local level, the lawmaking process is different because it focuses on making decisions for specific cities or towns rather than the entire country or state.
