Dear Honorable HK Family Court Judge,
Subject: URGENT Follow-Up Letter regarding children's protection and well-being matters. The status of the consolidated TWO separate applications:
1) Temporary Removal for Private Education and Quality Housing
2) Permanent Removal for Immigration
The Father has directly addressed the letters dated April 17, 2024, and May 8, 2024, requesting modifications, adjustments, and clarifications as per the HK Family Court directions to the best of his abilities as a litigant in person striving to protect his children from harm. I acknowledge that I was advised not to correspond directly with the HK Family Court, however, the delay since the submission and service of these applications on April 16, 2024, now being May 13, 2024, while my children are in danger of additional harm, necessitates prompt attention from either yourself or an appropriate official at the HK Family Court if you are unavailable or occupied with other matters.
Outstanding Items:
- The Two separate applications for Temporary Removal and Permanent Removal for Schooling have been consolidated into one Summons and one Affirmation as per the Court's request.
- The Fifth Financial Form E and Fifth Lowering Interim Maintenance HK Family Court documents, along with stamped proofs of service to the mother and HKLA lawyers, have been clearly explained and documented with proofs provided as Exhibit 1.
- The WP prejudice children’s well-being and protection offers in Exhibit 11 have been omitted. I understand that all matters concerning children are not confidential and have been disclosed to the HK Family Court in the past. Nonetheless, Exhibit 11 has been removed as I continue to seek an amicable resolution outside of the HK Family Court to safeguard both children from harm and prioritize their best interests and well-being, which should be the paramount concern of the HK Family Court and all parents.

I understand I was told not to write letters to the HK Family Court but the delay since attempting to file and serve these applications submtted on April 16 2024 and it is now May 13, 2024 while my children are in danger of additional harm requires your prompt attention or potentially someone else at the HK Family Court's attention if you are unvailable or busy on other matters.

- The WP prejudice children’s well being and protection offers in Exhibit 11 have been removed, but I am aware all matters regarding children are not confidential, and in the past have been unmasked and provided to the HK family court. Nevertheless, Exhibit 11 has been removed as I still desperately struggle for an out of HK Family Court Mutually Agreed solution to protect both children from harm and look after both children’s best interests and well being which is the HK Family Corut’s and should be all parents paramount concern.
