please edit the below letter to the HK Family Court judge to get an earlier hearing date as if a Barrister wrote it:
Dear HK Family Court,
Subject:
SECOND Letter Regarding URGENT rescheduling of directions hearings for consolidated applications for Applicaiton 1. Temporary Removal /&/ Application 2. Permanent removal be moved up from June 17, 2024 to May 28, 2024.
I received a letter dated 17 May 2024 in reply to my letter dated May 16, 2024 asking for an URGENT directions hearing on 28 May 2024. I also reference the HK Family Court letter dated 5 March 2024 stating that the Father refrain from writing letters to the HK Family Court. (attached to this letter)
On May 28, 2024 we have a hearing scheduled and some 120 minutes allocated and the Father is requesting just 15 Minutes be made available for Directions only hearing for the Consolidated Removal Applications be heard on May 28, 2027 instead of on June 17, 2024 (saving time and costs for all parties not having to return to the HK Family Court as well). I believe this is a very reasonable request in light of the URGENT children protection matters.
The Father notes that many of the delays from the TWO Urgent Removal applications I submitted to the HK Family Court on April 17, 2024 were related to correspondences from the HK Family Court containing many directions not through anyone’s fault delayed; But nevertheless urgent action is required to protect children from harm.
I am CC’s HIs Honour CK Chan who was the Duty Judge as this URGENT matter (which did not qualify as extremely Urgent); If nothing is done to protect these children the matter will be extremely Urgent and I am desperately seeking HELP to protect my children from avoidable harm. I ask your assistance, attention, and directions on what to do if Her Honour T. Kwan does not want to read these urgent letters. The Father is put under allot of duress and as a parent is only desperately trying to protect his children from harm to notify ALL parties of the dangers the children are in and I desperately seeking HELP. PLEASE HELP.
This is a very serious situation regarding the safty and protection of children now in serious and accelerating risk of harm in Hong Kong now imminent evictions and homelessness issues I am again reporting to the HK Family Court. The Father has provided solutions for both children and the Mother in the US, and the Mother is ignoring the severity of the situation requiring urgent intervention by the HK Family Court.
If Her Honour T. Kwan is busy and not available I request that H. H. CK Chan or another Deputy Duty Judge be assigned to address this URGENT matter involving the protection of children.
I believe the HK Family Court is not the correct institution to address these very URGENT and serious matters but if my letters are not read by the HK Family Court please let me know who I can send them to for attention to proctect my children from harm.
I humbly ask for your directions and assistance on how to best address this matter for the protection and well being of both children.

Subject: Request for Rescheduling of Directions Hearings for Consolidated Applications
I am writing to respectfully request that the directions hearings for the consolidated applications for Application 1 (Temporary Removal) and Application 2 (Permanent Removal) be rescheduled from June 17, 2024 to May 28, 2024. I received a reply to my previous urgent request for a directions hearing on May 28, 2024, dated May 17, 2024, and I am also mindful of the directive from the HK Family Court in a letter dated March 5, 2024, regarding refraining from further correspondence.
The upcoming hearing scheduled for May 28, 2024 presently allows for 120 minutes of court time. I am requesting a mere 15 minutes for a Directions-Only hearing for the Consolidated Removal Applications on that same date, rather than waiting until June 17, 2024. By expediting this process, we can save valuable time and costs for all involved parties, while also addressing urgent child protection matters in a timely manner.
I acknowledge that some of the delays in processing the urgent removal applications submitted on April 17, 2024 were due to procedural matters outlined by the HK Family Court. However, I emphasize the critical nature of the situation at hand, which requires immediate action to protect the children from potential harm.
I have previously attempted to address this urgent matter before His Honour CK Chan, the Duty Judge at the time, and I am now turning to Your Honor for assistance. Should Her Honour T. Kwan be unavailable or unable to address these urgent matters, I respectfully request that another Deputy Duty Judge, such as H.H. CK Chan, be assigned to handle the case promptly.
Furthermore, I am aware that the HK Family Court may not typically handle such urgent and serious matters, but as a parent desperate to safeguard my children from harm, I am seeking guidance on the appropriate course of action. If my communications are not being reviewed by the Court, I kindly request information on whom I should direct them towards to ensure the protection and well-being of the children.
In light of the imminent risks faced by the children, including eviction and homelessness, I urge Your Honor to consider the urgency of the situation and provide direction on how best to address these critical matters. Your swift intervention and guidance are crucial in ensuring the safety and welfare of both children.
Thank you for your attention to this important matter, which is of utmost urgency and importance for the protection of vulnerable individuals. I humbly seek your guidance and assistance in navigating these complex issues for the well-being of all involved parties.
Sincerely,
