This what I have so far but I am stuck.

I believe that the most serious ethical concern that impacts managed care is nonmaleficence the safety of a patient is very important. The goal is to cause no harm or the least harm (including pain and discomfort) possible to reach a positive outcome. Harm can because caused in several different ways such as by different services procedures and poor management.
