All sentences begin with a capital letter. "I'm 48 years old."
"I'm 48 years old" is one sentence. To go on to "previously", one should end the first sentence and start a new one or use a semi-colon to separate two independent clauses in one sentence. In this case, it would be best to start a new sentence. "Previously..."
You are not "in charged" of anything. You may have been "in charge". "I had resigned from the company WHEN (not since) I had already finished my contract." Maintain the same verb tense throughout the sentence. You had resigned and had finished. Or it would be fine to make it simply past tense, "resigned...finished".

"since 1993-2003" is wrong. You would write "from 1993 to 2003".
I would write that I have been a Jiskha tutor since 2015. I worked as a corporate librarian from 1996 to 2001. "Since" implies you are still doing it. When there is an end date, it's from and to.
You completed a course in caregiver IN May, 2003. The month of May is capitalized. There is a comma before the year. May 9, 2017. May, 2017. August, 1999. June 10, 2015. :)
