Need some help with my spanish assignment
Complete the following sentences with the correct form of either dar or decir.
My answers are in parentheses. I am having trouble, any input is appreciated!

Mis amigos (decimos) que hay una fiesta en casa de Pilar este fin de semana.

Paulo y Felipe me (dan) un abrazo cuando me siento triste.
3)
Jorge (dice) que tenemos que salir a las diez en punto.
4)
Nosotros les (damos) regalos a los niños para la Navidad.
5)
Amanda y yo siempre (dicen) la verdad.
6)
Nosotros tenemos otra opinión; ¿qué (decimos) Julia?

Yo te (digo) la receta secreta para mis galletas famosas.

With the directions, it's also helpful to tell me which tense is required. Since you don't say, this looks like Spanish I and therefore the Present Indicative Tense, or the FIRST one you learn!
dar = to give and the conjugation is: yo doy, tú das, él/ella/Usted da / nosotros/nosotras damos, vosotros/vosotras dais (not in some Textbooks), ellos/ellas/Ustedes dan. There are 3 different translations in the present tense: yo doy = I give, I DO give, I AM givING.
decir = to say/tell and the conjugation is: yo digo, tú dices, él/ella/Usted dice / nosotros/nosotras decimos, vosotros/vosotras decís, ellos/ellas/Ustedes dicen
The translations: él dice = he says, he DOES say, he IS sayING.
Here are the "markers" for each person:
yo = o / tú = s / él -(vowel) / nosotros = mos / vosotros = is in one syllable and ís in 2 or more / ellos = n
