For ppm just remember that 1 ppm = 1 mg/L.
So 245 mg/dL = 2450 mg/L = 2450 ppm
Divide 2450 ppm by 1000 to obtain ppt.

Can you explain me how you got 2450 mg/L?

deci is 1/10 so 10 deci= 1 whole
