sorry, but I'm a tad confused; I get FOIL, but I don't get how you got "(n+1)^2 = (n+1)(n+1) and use FOIL n^2 + 2n + 1" from just the original equation. Sorry, but would you mind explaining it?

the second one b/c the noun, men, is already made plural and adding the 's makes it possessive..all the other nouns are in their singular forms

i am starting off my story with one word, like this: "Crash! The pins scatter- all ten of...". But "thunder" won't work in place of "crash", and all 10 pins go down so it can't be "plop"... hope this clarifies, please i need some advice
