@roblox fan. I know this is a late response but you’re also on this site by looking up the answers to the quiz 🤔😂 guess you’re cheating too. No judgement idc do what y’all gotta do to maintain your grades. Besides it’s not really cheating it’s helping each other hehe LOLZ
@Fellow Cheater, no one says lolz anymore.
@- i say LOLZ as werll
Kiersten, you know that a diameter is a straight line passing from side to side through the center of a body or figure, especially a circle or sphere. And that a chord is a segment that has both endpoints on the circle, but that does not necessarily pass through the center of the circle. So, technically your wrong, just be glad they counted it right.
Here is MY answer to question 8. Pls don't copy it though. I just wanna help y'all get some ideas!

8. Is the following statement true or false?

Every diameter of a circle is chord.

Justify your answer using what you know about diameters and chords. Your teacher will review your answer to ensure you receive proper credit.

MY ANSWER:

Yes, the following statement is true, every diameter is a chord, but not every chord is a diameter. This is true because I know a chord doesn't start from the center of a circle.A diameter doesn't start from the center of the circle as well. Therefore, a diameter is also classified a chord. Now I also know that a diameter starts from one side of the circle and goes straight to the other side of the circle in a straight line. But chords on the other hand aren't segments that go straight down in the middle. One way you can identify if a segment is a diameter or a chord is looking to see if the segment makes both sides of the circle symmetrical. If it's symmetrical, it's most likely a diameter. If it's not, then it's most likely a chord.

I hope this helped(and also remember not to copy it word for word)
