but then what does it mean to base your decisions on whether the activity promotes or jeopardizes good health.

Ms. Sue
The list you've posted shows the activities that promote good health and those that are bad for your health.

It is not another exercise. It is a clarification on how you should classify the answers. As Ms Sue correctly pointed out, your answers are in the correct categories. However, when you write your answer for school, watch out for punctuations and accents, for example:
télé, être paresseux, etc.
Good work!
télé, être paresseux, etc.
Good work!

now using your lists from activity A, write 4 somplete sentences suggesting steps to follow and things to avoid in order to maintain good health. In each of your recommendations, use the expressions il faut and il ne faut pas and include one item from each list: Bon pour la sante and mauvais pour la sante. as you select items from the lists, make sure that your choices are logical pairs.
is this good? are these logical pairs?

They are logical pairs and sound good to me. As I mentioned before, you need to take care when writing the accents. You will lose marks fast if you miss them out. Also, watch the punctuation.
2. ... la télé.
3. Il... être paresseux.
4. Il...
2. ... la télé.
3. Il... être paresseux.
4. Il...
